Returns and refund policy
If you decide that you do not want any item which we have delivered then, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), along with the wrapping and delivery note (as proof of purchase) within 7 days of delivery, we will exchange it or offer a refund.
All unwanted goods will be subject to a handling charge
We would recommend you use a tracked / recorded delivery method, as we cannot be held liable for missing or damaged goods.

All returns must be received within 7 days of receiving a Returns Authorisation.
Any products returned without a valid authorisation will be refused. If you send your item to the wrong address, it may get lost or cause a delay in your refund. If you are unsure please ask a member of the customer service team
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

There are many other components on a vehicle that can contribute to faults or perceived faults, we have many years experience and will be able to give relevant detail relating to your vehicle
If we cannot solve the problem this way we would ask you to return the unit or we will arrange to collect using the following procedure:
In the unlikely event that you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty we will supply a replacement product, arrange for a repair or give you a refund of no more than the purchase price. All postage/carriage cost will be paid by us. We cannot be held liable for any additional costs that may be incurred.
